Grow Associates is a Coimbatore-based loan consultancy and registered Direct Selling Agent (DSA), working since 2019 with 50+ banks and NBFCs — SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Kotak, Axis, Bajaj Finserv, Tata Capital and more. We help business owners, salaried professionals and families get the right business, personal, home, mortgage, auto and professional loans — at zero cost to the customer.

We are not a private finance company and we do not lend money. We match a customer's profile to the bank whose policy actually fits, and we do it with full transparency.

The Role

You will be the first voice a customer hears. You'll call new enquiries and existing leads, understand what they need, check basic eligibility, and hand over qualified leads to our loan advisory team — then stay in touch until the file moves.

What You'll Do
- Call inbound enquiries from our website, WhatsApp, Google and social media, plus assigned outbound/database calls
- Understand the customer's loan requirement — amount, purpose, income profile, existing obligations
- Do a first-level eligibility check (income,



CIBIL awareness, documents in hand) and explain our process clearly
- Fix appointments — office visits or callbacks with our loan advisors
- Maintain accurate call records, lead status and follow-up dates in CRM / Excel
- Follow up consistently on warm leads until conversion or clear closure
- Coordinate with the internal team on document collection and application status updates
- Handle customer questions on loan types, timelines and charges without over-promising
- Meet daily call targets and monthly qualified-lead / conversion targets

What You Need
- 1–3 years of telecalling, telesales or customer support experience — BFSI, loans, insurance, credit cards or DSA background strongly preferred
- Fluent Tamil is a must; conversational English required. Malayalam, Telugu or Hindi is a bonus
- Explicit, confident phone manner and genuine patience with first-time borrowers
- Basic computer skil
