Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator – Program Management / Operations to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and operational initiatives. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and ensuring timely delivery of program objectives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays,



and escalate issues when required.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational processes.
- Support operational planning, resource coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare periodic dashboards, reports, and presentations for management review.

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- 1-3 of experience in project coordination, program management, or operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
