Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full-Stack lead/Manager to lead the development of up-to-date, scalable web applications while managing a high-performing remote engineering team. This role requires a balance of technical leadership, people management, and hands-on development, working across a modern technology stack including PHP/Symfony, JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, and Nest.js.

You will collaborate closely with international clients, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack developers to ensure high performance and continuous professional growth
- Define, implement, and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable system design




- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage and coordinate a remote development team effectively

Full-Stack Development
- Develop and maintain modern, responsive user interfaces using Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Design, build, and optimize backend services using Nest.js and PHP/Symfony
- Develop and integrate secure, scalable, and high-performance APIs
- Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation

Project Delivery
- Plan, estimate, and track tasks to ensure timely delivery of features and projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align timelines and goals
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
