Sr.Executive/Assistant Manager- Banking operation and Treasury Mangement.

Role & responsibilities

To ensure efficient management of the organizations banking operations, treasury activities, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves managing day-to-day fund flows, banking transactions, import/export payments, foreign exchange exposures, and banking relationships, with a strong focus on compliance (FEMA, RBI, and company policies) and optimizing liquidity.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in accounting, financial reporting and controlling:

Key Responsibilities: Banking and Treasury Operations

1. Banking Operations
- Oversee daily fund management and monitor cash/bank balances across multiple accounts.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments, employee reimbursements, statutory dues, and loan repayments.
- Supervise customer collections and follow up with sales/AR team for timely realization.
- Review and finalize daily/weekly bank reconciliations.

2. Treasury & Liquidity Management
- Manage utilization of working capital limits,



overdrafts, CC, and term loans.
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Optimize deployment of surplus funds in line with company policy.
- Track and report interest, bank charges, and borrowing costs.

3. Import/Export & Forex Management
- Handle end-to-end processing of import and export transactions, including documentation and payment processing.
- Manage forex exposures and execute forward contracts/hedges as per policy.
- Liaise with banks on remittances, LC issuance, amendments, and closures.
- Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI guidelines, and timely reporting of foreign transactions.

Preferred candidate profile
- Strong understanding of Banking norms, FEMA, RBI regulations, Import/Export payments, and Foreign Exchange management.
- Experience in handling working capital facilities, LCs, BGs, and Treasury operations.
