Job Summary:
We are looking for an SR HR Executive with solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for technical and niche positions across Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Biopharma, Chemical, Food Processing, and Engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Recruit for Sales, Design, Costing, Production, Projects, Commissioning, Service, Stores, Commercial, and Workshop functions.
- Map competitors and identify talent from alternate industries.
- Coordinate with line managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Maintain employee records, recruitment MIS, and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer, appointment, confirmation, increment etc.
- Ensure timely updating of employee records from joining to exit.




- Prepare recruitment reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Maintain HR documents and records as per IMS requirements.

Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR/IR preferred.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in technical/manufacturing recruitment will be preferred.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, organized, and a strong team player.
- Responsible for induction documentation, employee onboarding formalities, and floor introduction to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
