We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR / Talent Acquisition Executive who can manage recruitment activities, coordinate interviews with candidates and multiple MNC clients, and build strong relationships with companies to identify new job openings.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, robust follow-up abilities, and experience in recruitment coordination, client communication, and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with MNCs, corporate companies, and HR/recruitment teams to identify current and upcoming job openings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with company HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Source and collect job requirements from multiple companies.
- Understand job descriptions, eligibility criteria, experience requirements, salary ranges, and hiring timelines.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and shortlist suitable profiles.




- Coordinate multiple interview schedules between candidates and company HR/recruiters.
- Manage interview calendars, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
- Communicate interview details clearly to candidates, including date, time, location/online meeting link, and required documents.
- Follow up with candidates and companies regarding interview results and next steps.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, job openings, and hiring status.
- Follow up on offers, joining dates, and candidate closures.
- Develop new corporate clients and generate additional recruitment opportunities.
- Regularly contact companies to understand their manpower requirements and upcoming vacancies.
- Maintain a database of active clients, job openings, candidates, and interview status.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and provide updates to management.
