HCP Wellness Private Limited is seeking a skilled Pouching Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining pouching machines to ensure the efficient production of high-quality packaging for our skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products
This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and adherence to quality and safety standards
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot pouching machines to ensure smooth production
Monitor the machine s performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality
Inspect pouches for defects, ensuring compliance with company standards
Maintain production records, including machine settings, output, and maintenance logs
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to prevent downtime
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Work collaboratively with the production and quality teams to improve efficiency
Identify and report any mechanical issues or production inefficiencies
Qualifications & Skills:
Hard Skills:
Experience in operating pouching or packaging machines in a manufacturing setting
Knowledge of machine troubleshooting and basic maintenance
Understanding of quality control procedures in a cosmetics or skincare manufacturing setting
Ability to read and interpret production schedules, machine manuals, and SOPs
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Adaptability to a fast-paced production environment
Education & Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical certification in machine operation or manufacturing is a plus
Preferred Experience:
1-3 years of experience as a pouching machine operator or in a similar role
