Business Development Trainee - Sales

BytesWrite is looking for a confident, proactive, and professional Business Development Trainee to support the growth of our technology solutions through client engagement, relationship-building, and structured follow-through.

This is a field-oriented role that involves meeting client-side stakeholders, understanding business requirements, coordinating discussions, and supporting the progression of opportunities from initial interaction to closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet client-side stakeholders and engage in business development discussions.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and communicate key inputs clearly to the internal team.
- Coordinate meetings, product discussions, demonstrations, and follow-up interactions as required.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure opportunities continue progressing in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, stakeholder discussions, follow-up status, and next steps.




- Support opportunity development by identifying business potential across relevant accounts and stakeholders.
- Gather structured market feedback and field-level insights to support internal planning and decision-making.

Who Should Apply
- Graduates with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience can apply.
- Comfortable interacting with professional stakeholders and representing the company in meetings.
- Confident in face-to-face communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple discussions and follow-up cycles.
- Comfortable with regular field visits across Pune.
- Prior exposure to business development, field sales, B2B sales, client handling, or stakeholder management will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
