JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.
- Create and update job descriptions and job specifications as per business requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and databases.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates with management.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and recruitment partners.
- Handle project-based recruitment requirements and manpower mobilization activities.
- Travel to project locations, if required, for recruitment drives and employee coordination.
- Manage employee queries and HR-related communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
