Job Responsibilities : • Translate high-level business strategic objectives and goals into Enterprise IT requirements and conceptual designs. • Develop and support comprehensive solutions that meet requirements and align with HPE’s global network security and microsegmentation strategy. • Develop and maintain a multi-year strategic network and security architecture roadmap, incorporating Zero Trust and segmentation-driven security models. • Lead end-to-end network and security architecture across global platforms ensuring secure, high-performing, fault-tolerant, and resilient environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure Timely Resolution Of Escalations And Incidents By Leveraging Checkpoint And Cisco Asa Technologies, Adhering To Agreed Sla Norms, And Implementing Best Practices For Incident Management.
2. Generate And Analyze Tower-Level Revenue Reports Using Operational Metrics And Performance Indicators To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Improvement.
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports And Ensuring That Perimeter Security Solutions, Including Checkpoint And Cisco Asa, Are In Place And Functioning As Per The Service Level Agreement (Sow).
4. Promote Positive Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing New Initiatives And Frameworks Aimed At Enhancing Service Quality And Responsiveness.
5. Lead The Implementation Of Profit Improvement Plans (Pip) Through Automation And Self-Driven Initiatives, Focusing On Operational Efficiency And Cost Red
