Role Description
The Digital Marketing Executive role is an in office Full Time position based in Madurai. Candidates will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online channels to promote training programs, services, and initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include creating and publishing content, monitoring campaign performance, assisting with web analytics and reporting, and engaging with audiences to build brand visibility. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align marketing activities with organizational goals, researching trends and competitor activity, and contributing ideas to improve online reach and engagement.

Qualifications
- Any Degree
- Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to plan and execute digital campaigns.




- Video Editing & Poster Creation
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to create clear messaging and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills to develop engaging posts, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance metrics and generate basic reports.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media schedulers, SEO fundamentals, email marketing tools) is beneficial.
- Ability to learn quickly, work in an on-site team environment in Madurai, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in Working in Startup Environment.
