This role sits at the intersection of brands, creators and internal teams. You will be responsible for understanding a brand’s objectives, identifying the right creator mix and translating the campaign strategy into high-quality execution.

This is not a coordination-only position. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, contribute creatively, build trusted relationships, manage commercials and ensure that campaigns deliver against both client expectations and business goals.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Client Servicing
- Understand client objectives, expectations and business challenges to deliver relevant influencer marketing solutions.
- Build solid, trust-based client relationships through proactive communication, transparency and consistent delivery.
- Own client communication before, during and after campaign execution.
- Anticipate risks, resolve challenges proactively and escalate critical concerns at the right time.
- Gather and apply client feedback to strengthen campaign outcomes and long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for client retention,



account growth and upselling.

Influencer Relations and Campaign Execution
- Identify and recommend the right creators and key opinion leaders across categories, genres, platforms and regions.
- Lead creator outreach, onboarding, negotiations and relationship management without compromising campaign quality.
- Understand creators’ individual content styles and work closely with them to develop authentic, engaging brand integrations.
- Contribute hands-on to campaign concepts, creator briefs, scripts and content feedback.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, including planning, internal timelines, creator coordination, approvals, go-lives and post-campaign reporting.
- Maintain awareness of creator categories, emerging niches, market rates and platform trends.
- Build long-term relationships with creators, talent managers and external agencies.
