Role Description
The Branch Credit Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Tezpur, responsible for overseeing credit assessment, approval, and portfolio quality at the branch level. The role includes evaluating loan proposals for small businesses and consumers,



analyzing financial statements and repayment capacity, and ensuring adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines. The Branch Credit Manager will monitor portfolio performance, track delinquencies, and implement corrective actions to maintain asset quality. Daily responsibilities also involve collaborating with sales and operations teams, guiding branch staff on credit processes, conducting field visits where required, and preparing credit reports and MIS for management review.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Credit Management and Credit skills, with experience in evaluating loan proposals and setting appropriate credit terms.
- Candidates should possess Credit Risk Management and Analytical Skills to assess risk, interpret financial data, and make sound credit decisions.
