Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Governance Expert with hands-on experience in Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Fabric, and Ataccama ONE to drive enterprise data governance and data quality initiatives. The role involves implementing governance frameworks, data profiling, metadata management, data lineage, MDM/RDM, and ensuring data compliance while supporting data engineering activities. Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage data governance using Microsoft Purview.
- Perform data profiling and data quality assessments using Ataccama ONE.
- Develop and maintain data quality rules, scorecards, and dashboards.
- Configure Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data Management (RDM).
- Manage metadata, business glossary, and data lineage.
- Apply data classification, PII tagging, and security controls.
- Support data pipelines, OneLake, ADLS, and Microsoft Fabric environments.
- Prepare governance reports and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Engineering.




- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Fabric, and Ataccama ONE.
- Solid knowledge of SQL, Python/PySpark, Power BI, and Medallion Architecture.
- Experience with metadata management, data lineage, MDM/RDM, and data quality frameworks.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and UAE PDPL.

Good to Have
- Ataccama ONE certification.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Exposure to ADLS, OneLake, and enterprise data platforms.
- Experience in Financial Services, BPO, or Government sectors.
