Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues through effective communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,



and supporting the management of customer service operations. The role involves building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the delivery of exceptional logistics services.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in customer support and service skills, including understanding customer needs and addressing inquiries professionally
- Experience in customer service management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and exceeding service expectations
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in logistics or a service-oriented industry is advantageous
