About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Operations Specialist to manage our backend hiring administrative processes. In this role, you will be responsible for job postings across various job portals, candidate data entry, database management, and supporting the recruitment team with operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Post open job descriptions across various US and domestic job portals, social media platforms, and company career pages.
- Accurately enter and update candidate details, resumes, and interview statuses in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Excel trackers.
- Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure job listings are active, accurate, and regularly refreshed.
- Schedule interviews, send assessment links,



and track candidate progress through the hiring pipeline.
- Generate daily/weekly recruitment operation reports and metrics (e.g., application volume, posting performance).
- Ensure strict compliance with data management policies and standardized operational procedures.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic MS Office tools.
- High accuracy and fast typing speed for efficient data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, etc.).
- 0–5 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, HR Operations, Data Entry, or Back-Office processes.
- Freshers with strong Excel skills, fast typing speed, and go
