Role Summary: The Chief of Staff acts as a strategic force-multiplier strengthening execution across Sales, CRM, Marketing, Branding, Customer Experience, People Systems, and Quality Processes. This role amplifies the CEO’s and Board’s impact by driving alignment, efficiency, and predictable performance across the organization.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Sales Excellence & Revenue Acceleration

• Strengthen inside-sales, site-sales & channel partner productivity.

• Improve pipeline velocity, conversion %, premiumization, and sales discipline.

• Institutionalize review rhythms, forecasting accuracy, and performance dashboards.

2. CRM Ownership & Process Maturity

• Drive CRM hygiene, automation, and MIS accuracy across Lead → Visit → Booking → Collection.

3. Marketing, Branding & Launch Excellence

• Build predictable, data-led processes with accountability at each stage.

• Integrate CRM learnings into sales coaching, marketing targeting, and customer experience.





• Strengthen digital + offline brand strategy to enhance positioning and lead quality.

• Manage campaign planning, content, creatives, events, and launch readiness.

• Ensure brand voice, aesthetics, and communication are unified across touchpoints.

4. Customer Experience & Satisfaction

• Build an NPS-driven culture; strengthen pre-sales, post-booking, and handover experience.

• Reduce customer escalations and improve communication and responsiveness.

• Drive structured processes for feedback collection and continuous improvement.

5. People Orientation & Human Capital Management

• Improve hiring quality, talent pipeline, and role clarity.

• Lead capability development: training, coaching, performance conversations.

• Strengthen culture drivers: accountability, professionalism, collaboration.

• Identify high-potential talent and enable succession planning.
