Roles and Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Coordinate with the quality control team to maintain high standards of product quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in API production, preferably in a pharmaceutical company.
- Solid knowledge of chemical engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
