Vinoth Eye Care Hospital, Trichy is looking for an experienced and responsible Hospital Supervisor to oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth coordination between staff, patients, and various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and overall staff coordination.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and maintain good patient service.
- Monitor staff performance and support the team in achieving operational goals.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, front-office, and other hospital staff.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Address patient and staff concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure hospital policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.
- Maintain a professional and patient-friendly setting.
- Prepare and maintain necessary operational reports and records.

Requirements:




- 2–3 years of experience in Hospital Supervision
- Experience in hospital operations and staff coordination.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Strong patient management and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Education: Any degree / relevant qualification in Hospital Administration or related field preferred.
