Responsibilities
:




- Establish Safety Management System covering the comprehensive safety management in whole system which shall include; safety requirements for disaster protection of fire, flooding, earthquakes and lightning, train operation rules.
- Develop emergency procedures including contact networking with hospitals, fire stations, police stations, military bases, and other organizations, if any, and ensure effective implementation across the project.
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) management system, ensuring effective implementation of project safety policies and procedures.
- Review and approve contractors’ safety, health, and environmental plans, and ensure effectiveness of accident prevention and mitigation measures.
- Ensure contractors implement and maintain adequate safety devices, PPE, barricading, and safety signboards for workforce and public safety.
