- Written weekly reports about his area, spare parts necessities, co-ordination with North APS team and general field problems;
- Communicating with customers about Service, maintenance and troubles and arranging the service personnel for his area
- Capability to solve technical problems with his own hands as well as by directing sub ordinates from respective locations.
- Critical service work needs to be done by himself
- Arranging service and repair processes
- Administration of the equipment data and service reports.
- Analyzing warranties and finding technical solutions for the failures
- Supporting Sales department with technical know-how for possible machine sales;
- Arranging machine handing over and weekly service visits
- Information share with Manager of Spare parts department regarding pirate parts, lifetime of wear parts, results of field tests and other marketing information.
- Frequent Customer visits with respective area engineer;
- Any other work assigned from time to time.
