Key Responsibilities
● Manage qualified opportunities across assigned Indian territories.
● Conduct physical and virtual customer meetings.
● Understand local customer requirements, commercial practices, applicable taxes, delivery locations, and service expectations.
● Coordinate pricing, GST, transport, credit terms, packaging, and after-sales requirements.
● Develop relationships with end customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
● Travel within assigned territories when required.
● Identify regional opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, distribution, and market expansion.

International Business Development with the Consultants and Director

● Manage qualified opportunities across assigned countries and regions.
● Conduct virtual and, where approved, overseas customer meetings.
● Develop relationships with distributors, agents, channel partners, and end customers.
● Coordinate proposals in the approved currency.
● Understand local market expectations, competitive conditions, and customer buying processes.
● Consider foreign-exchange exposure,



bank charges, payment security, and proposal validity.
● Coordinate export packaging, freight, insurance, customs, certificates, and documentation with authorised teams.
● Clarify the applicable Incoterms or delivery basis only with internal approval.
● Identify product-registration, certification, labelling, language, or country-specific requirements.
● Coordinate samples and international shipments according to company policy.
● Eye for minute details like sanctions, export-control, fraud, legal, tax, and regulatory concerns.

Customer Meetings and Discovery with the help of Consultants
● Conduct structured one-on-one meetings with domestic and international customers.
● Research the customer, country, industry, and business culture before the meeting.
● Identify technical requirements, commercial priorities, decision-makers, budget, timeline, and evaluation criteria.
