What Youll Do
- Design and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, content, and email
- Own end-to-end campaign execution from planning to optimization with real-time performance adjustments
- Lead SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic visibility and paid conversions
- Manage PPC campaigns across Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Build social media strategies, oversee content creation, and analyze engagement metrics
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare detailed ROI/conversion reports
- Run email marketing campaigns, manage subscriber lists, and optimize open and click-through rates
- Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget for maximum efficiency
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine strategy
- Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to align digital efforts with business goals

What Youll Bring
Must-haves




- 45 years in digital marketing with a track record in SEO and paid ads
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social platforms
- Hands-on with content marketing, email marketing, and automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, SEM tools, and PPC platforms
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Nice-to-haves
- Working knowledge of Canva and video tools (e.g., Doodly)
- Familiarity with CRM software like HubSpot
- Experience managing junior marketers or coordinating freelancers
