Your work profile
As an Deputy Manager in our RRF team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:
- You will bring robust business analysis skills, deep domain expertise, and a structured consulting mindset to solve complex client challenges. The role requires the ability to manage multi‑workstream programmes, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery in dynamic and regulated banking environments.
- You will work closely with senior client stakeholders,
translate business requirements into actionable solutions, and oversee end‑to‑end engagement delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently while guiding teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of consulting projects across multiple workstreams.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Conduct requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
- Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and status updates.
- Oversee project planning, timelines, risks, issues, and reporting.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants and analysts.
- Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to consulting methodologies.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.
