SAP FICO Senior Consultant (FI/CO)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with robust expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) to support SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on configuration experience, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective SAP Finance solutions.
The consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring SAP FICO, supporting testing and deployments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
- Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules based on business needs.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.




- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and work closely with technical teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues within SLA timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, PS, and Basis.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Provide knowledge transfer and mentor junior consultants where required.
