Roles & Responsibilities:

* Cost control, BOQ, cost planning & cost reporting

* Project budget management & delivery tracking

* Quantity estimation & verification

* Bill preparation & verification (including subcontractor bills)

* Advanced Excel & AutoCAD proficiency

* Procurement & contract management

* Value engineering & risk management

* BBS preparation & material reconciliation

* RCC estimation & knowledge of tenders/working drawings

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's/Masters in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

* Minimum 2+ years in Quantity Surveying, Cost Mgmt., Billing (Residential experience preferred)

* Strong BBS calculation & in office cost management skills
