Job Description Summary

The Workday Finance Analyst is responsible for configuring, maintaining and optimizing Workday Financial Management modules to enhance financial operations, ensure data integrity and support compliance with regulatory and accounting standards. Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity. Work closely with business users to understand requirements, configure Workday, create reports, and ensure data integrity, while also providing technical support and troubleshooting.

Primary Skills Required
- Solid experience with Workday Security (role-based, intersection, segment, and user-based) and Business Process Security.
- experience in Workday Procurement,



Asset Management, AP, AR, Record-to-Report, Master Data Management (Companies, Cost Centers, Projects)
- Custom reports creation and modification (Composite, Advanced etc.).
- Account Posting Rules mapping and configurations.
- Experience and knowledge in Financial Management, Reporting (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cashflow), Audit, Roll-forward etc.
- Well versed with handling ticketing tools like- JIRA for global team support.
- Experience with EIB creation & amendment, custom validations.
