Role Description
The Customer Service Sales Representative is a full-time hybrid role based in Patna, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, providing clear information about Scrollwell’s training programs and services. The representative will guide prospective educators through the enrollment process, follow up on leads,



and support sales initiatives to meet defined targets. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensuring a positive, skilled experience at every touchpoint. The role also requires monitoring feedback, identifying opportunities to improve service, and contributing to customer retention and growth.
