We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who is a strong lead generation strategist and business development professional capable of managing the complete sales funnel, from prospecting and cold outreach to proposal development, SOW creation, and project closure.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in online bidding and business development platforms such as Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Dribbble, Behance, Guru, or similar platforms.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proven experience converting cold prospects into qualified leads and closed deals.
- Good understanding of technical architecture, algorithms, and software solutions.
- Solid skills in preparing SOWs, technical proposals, and business proposals.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for research, prospecting, and market analysis.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience working with international markets, particularly the US, UK, Canada, and Europe.

Responsibilities:




- Manage online bidding platforms and identify relevant project opportunities.
- Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and cold outreach campaigns.
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and conduct initial discovery discussions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams when required.
- Prepare SOWs, technical proposals, and project documentation.
- Manage prospects throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to project closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, lead quality, and overall business development performance.
- Take ownership of the complete business development funnel.
