Job Summary As a Micro Store Captain at ZenZebra, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing store operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and delivering excellent customer experiences. This role demands strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to handle day-to-day tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to maintain smooth workflow.
- Manage stock levels, inventory checks, and product display.
- Coordinate with the central team for stock replenishment and dispatches.
- Assist customers, handle queries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with the management team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail/store operations (freshers with strong skills can also apply).
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
