JOB SUMMARY

Rulo is looking for a hands-on Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, upkeep, and maintenance of its sports facility. The ideal candidate brings prior experience managing a sports facility (turf, court, arena, or similar) and is comfortable traveling across multiple sites to ensure consistent operational and service standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end day-to-day operations of the sports facility, ensuring it is clean, secure, and fully functional for use at all times.
- Conduct regular facility checks and audits of the turf/court, equipment, lighting, and surrounding infrastructure to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and AMC partners for timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of facility equipment and assets.
- Supervise on-ground staff including housekeeping, ground staff, and security personnel; manage rosters and daily task allocation.
- Maintain inventory of sports equipment, maintenance supplies, and consumables; raise procurement requests as needed.




- Travel to and oversee operations across multiple facility locations, resolving on-ground issues and ensuring consistency in standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, statutory compliances, and licenses applicable to sports facility operations.
- Handle on-ground customer queries and escalations related to facility usage, bookings, and service experience.
- Maintain maintenance logs, incident reports, and facility checklists; share periodic operational reports with management.
- Support local marketing/community initiatives and events conducted at the facility, as required.

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience strictly from a Sports Facility background (sports turf, courts, arenas, fitness or sports clubs, stadiums, etc.). Candidates from other facility/industry backgrounds will not be considered.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (bike), to be used for facility visits and day-to-day operational travel.
