Role & responsibilities
- Operate packing machines for detergent products (powder).
- Set up machines, including weight settings, sealing temperature, and speed adjustments.
- Monitor the packing process to ensure correct weight, sealing, and labeling.
- Check packaging materials (pouches, bottles, cartons) before use.
- Perform regular quality checks to avoid leakage, under filling, or overfilling.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area to prevent contamination.
- Record production data such as output, downtime, and defects.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures, especially when handling chemicals and detergent operating Machines.
- Ensure proper stacking and storage of finished goods.
- Ensure all safety devices of Machine are working.
