Employee Job Description:

As an AI Creative Designer, you will create engaging flyers, presentations, posters, and social media creatives. You will combine strong design fundamentals with AI tools to produce high-quality visual content that strengthens brand communication and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create flyers, presentations, posters, advertisements, and social media creatives.

· Use AI tools for concept development, image generation, and design enhancement.

· Convert briefs and complex ideas into clear, engaging visual content.

· Maintain brand consistency and deliver platform-ready designs on time.

Prerequisites:

1. Graduate in Design/Communication/Marketing (or equivalent portfolio-led experience).

2. 1+ years of experience in corporate presentation design or visual communication.

3. Proficiency in AI creative tools and platforms such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.

4. Solid creativity, design fundamentals,



attention to detail, and understanding of social media content.

5. Bonus: Motion graphics, basic Excel for charts, familiarity with finance/markets.

Working Schedule:

· Monday to Friday: 9:15 AM to 6:30 PM

· Alternate Saturdays: 9:15 AM to 6:30 PM *(1st,3rd & 5thSaturdays are working.)*
