Responsibilities
- Procurement of supplier MIW parts as per schedule / Trigger of 2 Bin/Kanban /TOC
- Plan and forecast the requirement of bought out parts
- Verify correctness of schedule
- Co-ordinate with suppliers for defect free components
- Monitoring of delivery performance of critical suppliers.
- Plan improvement activities
- Timely disposal of suppliers' materials ( empty bins , rejected material etc.,)
- Co-ordinate with suppliers MIW for ODC regularisation
- Control Inventory within norms and Implement TOC for inventory
- Maintain parts stock norms at Plant and at Supplier end, measure the performance in Advantage TVS
- Co-ordinate with suppliers GI personnel for MRA despatch
- Ensure no DC pending for GRT creation
- Co-ordinate the no facility parts with CP team and arrange for development
