Job Title: Sales Support Intern

Duration: Internship (3 months)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Support Intern to assist our business development team with lead generation, cold calling, and client outreach activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, client engagement, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and introduce company offerings.
- Perform outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Support the sales team with market research and prospect identification.
- Track outreach activities and prepare basic sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover and follow-up.

Requirements:




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with prospects over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online research tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Travel Requirement:
- Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings, events, or business-related activities, if required.
