Role Description:

The SMT Operator is responsible for opera

machines to ensure smooth produc

on, maintain quality standards, and achieve daily produc

targets.

Key Responsibili
ti
es:

 Operate SMT produc
ti
on line machines such as Solder Paste Printer (DEK), Pick & Place

Machine (FUJI/Panasonic), SPI, AOI, and Reflow Oven.

 Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and basic opera
ti
onal checks.

 Load PCB magazines, feeders, reels, and electronic components as per produc
ti
on

requirements.

 Verify component part numbers, feeder loca
ti
ons, and PCB models before produc
ti
on.

 Monitor machine performance and report any alarms or abnormali
ti
es to the Process

Engineer or Supervisor.

 Perform feeder replacement and component replenishment during produc
ti
on.

 Follow produc
ti




on plans and achieve daily output targets.

 Ensure proper handling of solder paste and electronic components.

 Maintain cleanliness of machines and the work area following 5S standards.

 Record produc

on data, machine downtime, and rejec
ti
on details.

 Follow SOPs, work instruc
ti
ons, and all safety guidelines.

 Assist the maintenance team during preven

es.

Requirements:

 Knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes.

 Ability to operate produc

on machines safely.

 Understanding of electronic components and PCB handling.

ng and problem-solving skills.

Qualifica
ti
ons:

 Bachelor's degree in engineering, Electronics, or a related field

 Experience in the electronic surveillance or related industry is a plus

Experience: 2–5 Years (Electronics Manufacturing)
