We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mid Level Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in architecture and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop architectural projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with designs.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Prepare and present reports on project status and recommendations.
- Ensure all projects meet required quality standards and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in architecture, focusing on mid-level projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
- This is a full-time role (6 days a week) for an Architect. We are located at New Marine Lines, Mumbai (which is walkable from Churchgate station). "
