Role: Business Development Executive (Sales)

This is a
high-impact, revenue-focused role
where you’ll be responsible for converting leads into paying customers and driving growth for BluEarn.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert
qualified leads into customers
through calls, demos, and meetings
- Own the
end-to-end sales cycle
: pitch → negotiate → close
- Understand customer pain points and position BluEarn effectively
- Conduct
product demos
tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients




- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversion
- Maintain pipeline, track deals, and achieve monthly targets

Requirements
- Proven ability in
sales / business development / lead conversion
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
- Experience in
hospitality industry is a big plus
- Familiarity with SaaS or tech products is preferred
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and startup-ready mindset
