Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics, with a solid focus on achieving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage social media accounts and content calendars.
- Create and optimize email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools.
- Optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.




- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

Required Skills
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Social media marketing and content planning.
- Email marketing and CRM tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, WordPress, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Google Ads or Meta certifications are an added advantage.

- Website traffic growth.
- Lead generation and conversion rate.
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Cost per Lead (CPL).
- Organic keyword rankings.
- Social media engagement and campaign performance.

Pay: ₹10,083.20 - ₹41,075.32 per month
