Job Description

We are looking for a senior Client Servicing / Account Management professional to manage and grow relationships with large and strategic accounts.

This is a senior client-facing role for an individual who has a strong relationship mindset, understands client businesses and can build long-term partnerships while driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with large and strategic client accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and senior stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client objectives, challenges and business requirements and provide relevant solutions.
- Drive client retention, repeat business and growth of existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and increasing the share of business from existing clients.




- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client mandates.
- Manage client expectations, escalations and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Participate in client presentations, pitches and business development opportunities.
- Monitor account revenues, profitability and overall account performance.
- Develop account strategies and identify opportunities for long-term business growth.
- Build strong relationships across internal functions and ensure effective coordination for delivery.

Candidate Profile
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management.
- Experience in Advertising, Media, Experiential Marketing, Events, Brand Solutions or related industries preferred.
- Proven experience managing large / strategic accounts.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders.
