About the Role

We are looking for a agile, target-driven, and customer-focused BTL Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing key business relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B Sales, with hands-on experience in Advertising Sales (Ad Sales) and a good understanding of the Retail industry.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting BTL marketing and advertising solutions, building long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue targets across the Bangalore market.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients across retail, FMCG, consumer brands, corporate organisations, and local businesses.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, and market research.
- Build a healthy sales pipeline and consistently convert prospects into long-term clients.




- Develop strategic plans to expand the company's BTL advertising footprint in Bangalore.

Advertising & BTL Sales
- Promote and sell BTL advertising solutions, brand activation campaigns, promotional activities, in-store branding, outdoor advertising, and experiential marketing services.
- Understand client marketing objectives and recommend customised advertising solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and close business opportunities while maintaining profitability.

Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by coordinating with internal execution teams.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, renewals, and upselling.
