Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Executive with robust end-to-end knowledge of e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the complete online sales cycle, including product listing, catalogue management, inventory coordination, order processing, billing, invoice generation, returns, marketplace operations, reconciliation, and MIS/report preparation.

The candidate should have hands-on experience working with e-commerce marketplaces and/or D2C platforms and should be comfortable coordinating with internal teams such as warehouse, accounts, sales, logistics, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Listing & Catalogue Management
- Create and manage product listings across e-commerce marketplaces and online platforms.
- Upload product details including product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, SKU, HSN codes, GST details, etc.
- Maintain accurate and updated product catalogues.
- Manage product variations, attributes, categories, and SKU mapping.
- Identify and correct listing errors,



suppressed listings, content issues, and pricing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the product/content team for images, descriptions, and other catalogue requirements.

2. Order Management
- Monitor and manage orders received through various e-commerce channels.
- Ensure timely order processing, packing, dispatch, and shipment handover.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor pending, cancelled, failed, and delayed orders.
- Track order status and resolve operational issues affecting order fulfilment.

3. Billing & Invoice Generation
- Manage the complete order-to-bill/invoice process.
- Generate customer invoices and e-commerce-related billing documents.
- Ensure correct application of GST, HSN/SAC, discounts, shipping charges, and other applicable taxes/charges.
