In this role as a Technical Lead - Tableau, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Tableau solutions for clients. You will ensure that the solutions meet business requirements and provide actionable insights. This position requires a strong understanding of data visualization best practices and data storytelling.

You will be joining a dynamic team of data analysts, scientists, and business intelligence professionals at Tavant Technologies. The team is collaborative and focused on leveraging Tableau to drive data-driven decision-making for various clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
You are Responsible for
- Leading the development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and reports that effectively communicate data insights.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and translating them into technical specifications.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members in best practices for Tableau design and implementation.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by performing quality checks and validations on the datasets used in Tableau.
To succeed in this role you should have the following:
- Extensive experience in Tableau, including dashboard development and data visualization best practices.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A background in data analysis and familiarity with data warehousing concepts is a plus.
