The Prospect
We are looking for a sharp, relentless BDR who live and breathe outbound sales. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients in the US market — cold calling, prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings for our senior sales team. This is not a role for people who prefer warm leads or inbound flows. This is a high-volume, metric-driven, outbound-first engine. What You Will Do
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based Amazon brands and sellers every single day Qualify prospects against ICP criteria and convert cold conversations into booked meetings
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
- Follow up persistently and intelligently — calls, emails, and LinkedIn touches in a coordinated sequence
- Maintain a clean, real-time CRM pipeline — every touchpoint logged, every status updated
- Hit and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs without being asked
- Share market intel from conversations — objections, competitor mentions, buying signals — to help sharpen the sales playbook
What We Are Looking For
- Must-haves 2+ years of outbound BDR or SDR experience with a track record of cold calling as the primary motion
- Has worked in quota-carrying, metric-driven environments
- You should be able to tell us exactly how many calls you made per day and meetings you booked per month — and show the numbers.
- Comfortable working US hours (5:30 PM – 2:00 AM IST)
