About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on House Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of a private residence and support the day-to-day requirements of the household.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating household staff, managing vendors and expenses, overseeing maintenance, organizing travel and schedules, and ensuring the residence is always well-maintained and guest-ready.
Key Responsibilities

1. Household Staff Management
- Supervise and coordinate household staff including cooks/chefs, drivers, housekeeping staff, etc.
- Prepare staff schedules, assign daily tasks, and ensure smooth coordination.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Identify training and upskilling requirements and coordinate training in areas such as housekeeping standards, flower arrangements, cooking techniques, and service etiquette.

Household Finance & Administration
- Maintain records of household expenses and petty cash.
- Track daily/monthly spending and ensure bills are paid on time.
- Maintain basic household records, including expenses, staff attendance, vendor contacts, and payments.
- Handle household-related payments responsibly and maintain proper documentation.

3. Vendor & Maintenance Management
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, technicians, and service providers.
- Manage repairs, deliveries, maintenance work, and AMC renewals.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues related to ACs, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and other household requirements.
- Monitor the overall upkeep and functionality of the residence.

4. Household Operations & Inventory
- Ensure the house is adequately stocked with groceries, household supplies, toiletries, and other essentials.
