Role Description

The Technical Sales Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes with internal stakeholders and clients. The recruiter will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job postings, networking, and proactive outreach,



while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, assessing candidate fit, scheduling and tracking interviews, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding. The Technical Sales Recruiter will also contribute to improving recruitment processes, maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems, and sharing market insights on talent availability and hiring trends.

Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical and sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
