Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Marg Safety’s emergency QR solutions, NGO management systems, school AI Smart I-Card products, and accounting and billing software.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, presenting product demos, and negotiating contracts. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reports and forecasts. The Sales Manager will also gather market feedback, contribute to sales strategies, and represent the company at meetings, events, and partner engagements.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Experience in B2B solution selling, preferably in technology, SaaS, or digital safety and management products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities for engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Proven relationship-building skil
