- Must be an individual contributor.
- Must have strong track record in India IT Staffing business.
- Proven experience with Captives, Big 4s and large SI customers.
- Must be highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Well versed with MS EXCEL and PowerPoint.
- Must possess experience in preparing and presenting business plan.
- Positive Experience with new business development and account mining.
- Good in cross-selling and up-selling.
