About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can independently handle the visual requirements of our growing food brand - from product creatives and packaging to social media content, promotional banners, and exhibition/event stall designs.

The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of branding, packaging design, print production and digital marketing creatives and should be comfortable working on multiple design requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design
- Design product images, Amazon/marketplace creatives and social media posts.
- Create promotional banners, standees, posters, flyers and marketing materials.
- Design exhibition/event stall graphics, backdrops, counters and branding elements.
- Create brochures, catalogues, business cards and other print materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives.

Packaging Design
- Design and modify product packaging, labels, boxes, pouches and stickers.
- Prepare print-ready artwork with correct dimensions, bleed, CMYK, fonts and dielines.




- Coordinate with printers/vendors whenever required.
- Make packaging adaptations for new products and variants.

Video & Reels
- Edit Instagram Reels, product videos, promotional videos and short-form content.
- Add transitions, text, music, captions, product highlights and basic motion graphics.
- Create engaging visual content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, Amazon and other digital platforms.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW – Mandatory
- Adobe Photoshop – Mandatory
- Adobe Illustrator – Preferred
- Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or equivalent video editing software
- Good knowledge of packaging and print design
- Understanding of CMYK, RGB, resolution, bleed, dielines and print-ready files
- Ability to create designs for both digital and physical printing
- Good typography, layout, colour and visual composition skills
