Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced
SAP Emarsys / SAP Engagement Cloud Functional Consultant
with strong hands-on experience in customer engagement, marketing automation, campaigns, journeys, segmentation, and personalization.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support
SAP Emarsys / SAP Engagement Cloud
solutions.
- Design
customer journeys, automation programs, campaigns, and triggered communications
.
- Manage segmentation, contact lists, personalization, and customer data.
- Support
email, SMS, mobile push, web personalization, and omnichannel campaigns
.
- Deliver B2B/B2C use cases including lead nurturing, lifecycle, retention, and loyalty campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and support optimization/reporting.
- Gather business requirements,



conduct workshops, UAT, demos, and stakeholder discussions.
- Collaborate with SAP CX and integration teams across
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, CDP, BTP, CPI, and S/4HANA
.

Required Skills
- 6–8 years of SAP CX / customer engagement experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on SAP Emarsys / SAP Engagement Cloud experience
.
- Robust knowledge of
Campaign Management, Customer Journeys, Segmentation, Personalization, Automation Programs, and Marketing Analytics
.
- Experience in both
B2B and B2C
environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:
SAP Emarsys certification, SAP CDP experience, GDPR/data privacy knowledge, and Agile experience.
